Accommodation tariffs vary according to season, apartment and travel dates.
For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, guests are encouraged to check availability online or contact the Stella Maris Letting Agency directly.
All accommodation rates are quoted per night, per unit and are inclusive of VAT.
Administration Fee
R450
Non-refundable administration fee payable per booking, per apartment.
Breakage Deposit
R1,000
A refundable breakage deposit may apply to your booking.
Minimum Stay
Two Nights
Stella Maris does not offer one-night accommodation.
Maximum Occupancy
Six Persons
Maximum occupancy includes both adults and children.

Confirm Your Booking
If the required deposit is not received within the specified period, the preliminary booking may be cancelled without prior notice.

Final Payment
The balance of the accommodation fees together with the administration fee must be received at least 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If Your Plans Change
Confirmed reservations are subject to cancellation terms and applicable administration fees.
Please contact the Stella Maris Letting Agency as soon as possible if your travel plans change.

Cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount
Minimum cancellation fee of R700
R450 administration fee remains non-refundable
No refunds for cancellations three weeks or less before arrival
Changes to Your Booking
Need to Change Your Dates or Guest Numbers?
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to the following conditions.
Alterations
R100 Per Change
Changes to travel dates or the number of guests are subject to a R100 administration fee per change.
Cut-Off
Two Weeks Before Arrival
Alterations are not permitted less than two weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
Arrival
No Changes on Arrival
Booking alterations cannot be made once guests arrive at Stella Maris.
Arrival & Departure
Plan Your Arrival
Please plan your travel around Stella Maris' check-in and departure times.
Check-In
Arrival is strictly after 14h00.
Check-Out
Departure is strictly by 09h00.
Late Arrival
No arrivals are permitted after 20h00.
Guest Information
A Few Things to Bring & Remember
Your apartment is prepared for a comfortable self-catering stay, but there are a few personal items guests should bring.
Linen is supplied and changed every seven nights
Please bring your own towels
Daily cleaning is not included
Cleaning can be arranged through Reception at additional cost
No pets are permitted
Maximum occupancy is six persons
Minimum stay is two nights
Guest rules and regulations are available in the apartments
Parking
Secure Parking During Your Stay
Please follow the Stella Maris parking requirements to help keep the premises organised and secure.
One Bay Included
One secure indoor parking bay is included with each apartment.
Additional Parking
Additional vehicle and trailer parking may be available at an extra cost.
Parking Stickers
Vehicles and trailers must display the required parking stickers. Illegally parked vehicles may be clamped and an unclamping fee of R250 applies.
